The apartment complex will be situated in the old Spa city of Kołobrzeg about 50 meters from a sandy beach and within the boundaries of the protected landscape zone Natura 2000. Green areas and buildings covered in greenery are our priority and that is why the greenery will occupy 65% of a vast 2.4-hectare plot of land. Right next to the complex you will find a thirty-kilometer long cross-country bicycle path running through the city's seaside promenade to the West and through the Natura 2000; Park with rare birds' habitats and therapeutic peat deposits to the East.
